Undergraduate: Computer Science and Technology

South China University of Technology is a major public research university in China. It is located in the Tianhe District and Panyu District of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It is a multidisciplinary university focusing on engineering, combined with science, and promoting well-coordinated management, economics, humanities, and law.

Since its founding, it has educated over 326,000 graduates at all levels. Large numbers of SCUT alumni have made major contributions to the country in fields like politics, economy, technology and education. Determining to take more active and efficient roles in a globalized educational environment and international academic activities, SCUT has established connections and corporations with over 50 overseas universities. 

It is committed to multiple programs to promote talent cultivation and scientific research. 

There are international students from more than 100 countries on the campus, studying the Chinese language and culture, natural science, engineering, and business management.

Outside of the classroom, students at the university can make the most of a large number of recreational clubs available, including a range of sporting facilities and a university cinema. Student organisations and committees exist for both undergraduates and postgraduates, along with the Student Youth Volunteers Advisory Centre organises volunteering activities for students in the local community.
